I know the first few weeks of your last year in high school are busy. Plan your Senior Portraits early so you can enjoy your photographs all year and not have to worry about deadlines.
The photo sessions are fun! You choose the place and we’ll save the date.
Your High School Senior Portrait should be very important to you. Make it just the way you want it to be. When you look back, make yourself proud.
Tips for a successful photo session:
Book your photo session time now, before all the best days are filled. Your session can be indoors, outdoors, or both. We'll talk about location when you call to reserve your date.
Be yourself! Make your portraits unique by including props that reflect you. Props can be your favorite hat, sunglasses, a musical instrument, motorcycle, car, sports equipment and uniform, trophies, even your pet!
More tips…
Everyone – get plenty of sleep the night before you photo session.
Guys, let a new hair cut grow out for at least a week before your pictures, so you don’t have any white lines around the edge of your tan. If you don’t have a beard, take the time to have a close shave.
Girls, if you plan on coloring your hair or getting a new style, give yourself at least a week to get used to it so you can be comfortable.
Everyone – You can change your outfits at least once, if you want. Have your clothes and accessories ready the night before so you don’t forget anything. Make sure they are clean and wrinkle-free. Solid and subtle patterns work best. Leave the Hawaiin shirt at home! Put your accessories in a zip lock bag and attach it to the hanger.
Everyone -- if you wear glasses, see if you can remove the lenses or borrow a pair of frames from your optometrist. This will eliminate glare in your photos.
Everyone – Relax and have fun! Smile for some, be serious for others. The choice of photographs is yours.
Everyone -- Reserve your date early so you can take advantage of the great outdoors!
